Ginger Conlon, the award-winning U.S. editor of The Drum, catalyzes change in marketing organizations. Previously, she served as chief editor of MKTGinsight (which she also founded), Direct Marketing News, 1to1, and CRM magazines.
She was honored with a Silver Apple lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the marketing industry, and was cited as one of the “Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter” and one of the “Top 25 CRM Influencers You Should Be Following.”
Ginger has contributed to several business books, including Capitalizing on the Voice of the Customer, CyberSelling, and CRM at the Speed of Light. She has worked as a business book editor for such authors as Lior Arussy and Jay Conrad Levinson.
Ginger currently serves as president of DMCNY, is an advisor on the Environmental Defense Fund’s Digital Advisory Council, and is co-president of the New York chapter of the ASBPE. She holds a BA in advertising from Penn State.
