Ginger Conlon, an award-winning editorial leader, currently serves as thought leadership director at Genesys and co-host of its Tech Talks in 20 podcast and CX Green Room livestream show. Additionally, she is founder and head coach of Fit Life Over 50. CX Magazine selected Ginger as the #1 CX influencer of 2023 as part of its CXMStars awards.
Previously, Ginger served as editor-in-chief of MediaVillage. Prior to that, she served as U.S. editor of The Drum, as well as chief editor of MKTGinsight (which she also founded), Direct Marketing News, 1to1, and CRM magazines.
She was honored with a Silver Apple lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the marketing industry, and was cited as one of the “Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter” and one of the “Top 25 CRM Influencers You Should Be Following.”
Ginger has contributed to several business books, including Capitalizing on the Voice of the Customer, CyberSelling, and CRM at the Speed of Light. She has worked as a business book editor for such authors as Lior Arussy and Jay Conrad Levinson.
Ginger currently serves as an advisor on the Environmental Defense Fund’s Digital Advisory Council and is on the Marketing Advisory Board for Baruch University’s Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business. She is immediate past president of Marketing Club of New York. Ginger holds a BA in advertising from Penn State.
A lifelong learner, Ginger recently earned certifications as a fitness trainer, health coach, goal coach, and transformation life coach.
