Ginger Conlon, an award-winning editorial leader, catalyzes change in marketing organizations as the president of DMCNY and editorial advisor to MKTGinsight. Most recently, Ginger served as editor-in-chief of MediaVillage. Previously, she served as U.S. editor of The Drum, as well as chief editor of MKTGinsight (which she also founded), Direct Marketing News, 1to1, and CRM magazines.
She was honored with a Silver Apple lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the marketing industry, and was cited as one of the “Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter” and one of the “Top 25 CRM Influencers You Should Be Following.”
Ginger has contributed to several business books, including Capitalizing on the Voice of the Customer, CyberSelling, and CRM at the Speed of Light. She has worked as a business book editor for such authors as Lior Arussy and Jay Conrad Levinson.
Ginger currently serves as an advisor on the Environmental Defense Fund’s Digital Advisory Council and is on the Marketing Advisory Board for Baruch University’s Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business. She is co-president of the New York chapter of the ASBPE. Ginger holds a BA in advertising from Penn State.
A lifelong learner, Ginger recently earned certifications as a fitness trainer, goal coach, and transformation life coach.
